The return policy of DimensionLabs can vary depending on our company’s specific terms and conditions.
- Changing or Canceling An Order: Need to change something about your orderor just want it canceled? You can ask us (by Email only ) to change the items on your order, update an address or payment method, or just cancel it. We will get back to you by email within one business day regarding your request. Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be altered or canceled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it.Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without a valid reason.
- Incorrect orders: If the customer receives an incorrect product or an incorrect quantity of a product, our company may allow the customer to return the product and receive a refund or a replacement. our company may require the customer to provide proof of the error, such as an order confirmation or shipping label.
- Timeframe for returns: Our Company is offering a 7 days return policy once the product has been delivered successfully and a 15 days replacement policy. No more returns and replacements are accepted after that.
- Condition of returned products: Our company may require returned products to be in their original packaging . If the product is not matching the description given by the customer while returning or the reason for return or replacement does not match with the product , our company may reduce the refund amount or refuse the return altogether. Do not write anything on the merchandise packaging (Product package). Defective unused merchandise will be replaced within 3 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment. It’s important to carefully review the return policy of our company before making a purchase.
